Arlington Recycling Drop-off Centers

Arlington County has a strong commitment to the environment. They are constantly striving to reduce emissions and help Arlington become an
eco-friendly county.
Household recycling is normally collected once or twice a week, but there are some items that can not be included in the recycling receptacles, although recent improvements have significantly increased what can go in, and also eliminated the need for sorting recycling waste.
Arlington County now have 2 convenient recycling drop off centers, one in North Arlington and the other in South Arlington. The North Arlington Recycling Drop off Center is located at Quincy Park (corner of Quincy St. and Washington Blvd.) South Arlington’s Recycling Drop off Center is located at the corner of Columbia Pike and South Four Mile Run.
Arlington County Recycling Centers now accept all plastic containers including yogurt cups, margarine tubs, and flower pots. South Arlington Recycling Center has an area for the recycling of small metal items.
