Green condominiums in Northern Virginia, a topic I blogged about back in December. At which time there were not too many to be found, but I am 
always on the prowl, and then when I find a new building with green features to blog about; my efforts pay off .
‘Luxury with a conscience’ that is the marketing slogan of the new 900 North Washington Street condos in Old Town Virginia. Featuring geothermal heating and air conditioning which uses renewable energy, eco friendly plumbing fixtures, buildings constructed with recycled lumber, and green re-manufactured flooring & carpet, to name just a few. In fact the list of environmental features just goes on. I think that without a doubt the 900 North Washington Street condos does have an environmental conscience, and is a great addition to the limited but ever growing number of green built properties in Northern Virginia.
