Arbour Realty understands the importance of publicity and continuously strives to get the green message out there. The more people that embrace the environmental cause, will ensure this planet’s future protection. Now it seems that the Arbour Realty message is being heard as far away as the west coat.
Adam Gallegos founder of Arbour Realty was recently cited in the Silicon Valley’s Mercurynews.com. The featured article discussed robust markets and why the housing market is booming in some U.S. cities. The Mercurynews.com article stated Arlington, Va. as consistently ranked as having one of the strongest real-estate markets around, and that the city’s Metro Rail system allows easy access to Washington, D.C.’s job centers, monuments, museums and parks. Arbour Realty’s Adam Gallegos was quoted as saying “We’re holding up a lot stronger than the rest of the country and even the rest of northern Virginia. Prices overall have been relatively stable. We have seen some slippage in recent months, but properties that are priced well here sell very quickly. It’s not out of the ordinary for homes to sell the first week they’re on the market.”
