Washington City Paper conducted a Best of DC poll last year, and it was a huge success, people voted by the thousands. I always appreciate tips from 
other people on where to go, places to avoid, recommended Realtors, establishments providing outstanding service, the list just goes on.
Living in a large metropolitan city like DC, it is almost impossible to try everywhere. Like most of my fellow Washingtonians, my life is pretty hectic. When I get time off I don’t want to risk trying somewhere new and end up having a bad experience, life is just too short. That’s why these Best of DC Readers Polls are so valuable to me, it’s like getting great tips from thousands of friends.
