What Does 2012 Have in Store?

The Arlington real estate market has improved enough that banks are gaining optimism, as evident by their funding of new condominium construction. Below is an updated list of the current new construction condos in Arlington.

Turnberry Towers

Address: 1881 North Nash Street, Arlington VA 22209
Status: Construction is complete. Currently for sale
Price: $$$$$ (average over $1 million)
Location: Rosslyn neighborhood. Walking distance to Rosslyn Metro and Georgetown.
Size: High Rise
Ground Floor Retail: Yes

Sedona and Slate

Address: 1500 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington VA 22209
Status: Under construction. JBG has not announced if they will sell as condos or rent as apartments.
Price: $$$ (we are making an educated guess that 1 bedrooms will sell in the upper $300′s to low $400′s and 2 bedrooms will sell in the upper $500′s and low $600′s) At least one of the buildings will be rental apartments and the other will hopefully be for sale as a condo.
Location: Rosslyn neighborhood on the corner of N. Oak and Clarendon Blvd.

Rhodes Hill Square

Location: Courthouse neighborhood between Rosslyn and Courthouse metro stations.
