Brooke Schara is an EcoBroker certified member of the Arbour Realty team. In fact she was one of the first to join Arbour Realty back in 2008. Not only is she a great Realtor, she is a dedicated member of our team.
Brooke recently applied to be part of an esteemed referral network. As part of that application process, they picked a selection of Brooke’s past clients and sent them a survey. The purpose is to learn first hand how Brooke’s client’s felt about working with her. “I would never use or recommend anyone other than Brooke. This was our first home and she worked tirelessly to find places that met our criteria (which definetly was not easy). After we found a place she worked with a difficult seller to get items fixed as required per our contract. Several of my friends have also bought houses around this time (new home tax credit). I’ve heard many many horror stories of people missing out on homes because they could not get in touch with their agent or the agent took their time putting together the contract, missed deadlines, and the home was sold. Brooke always answered the phone or called you back within a few minutes. On multiple occasions she dropped what she was doing to meet us at a house that had just come on the market. I couldn’t ask for more in an agent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.”

“I come from a family full of realtors, construction development, and bought a house with my soon to be husband who is also in the industry, which made the hunt for a great Realtor tough, I was rather picky. I went through more than 80 or so Realtors before we found Brooke. She was patient through our process since we didn’t have a timeline, we wanted to wait for the right house, not buy just to buy. We found our house quicker than we thought (just over 3 months since our first sit down with Brooke). She guided us through the whole process and even put up with our late night breakdowns.
