Today, Arbour Realty released a 10 step guide to how they have been successful selling homes in Northern Virginia. It occurred to me that we are teaching our home buyers all about the buying side of real estate when we go through the process, but leave them a little in the dark about what is involved in selling their home when the time comes. Our 10 step guide outlines the entire process from start to finish. The truth is that we could probably break the guide down into 100+ steps, but we wanted to keep it simple. We cut out the fluff so that it gets right to the point and allows home owners like yourself to make a decision for themselves about whether Arbour Realty has designed an effective way to sell their home for top dollar.
